Who I Work With
Most of the women I work with are in their 40s and beyond. They know they should be doing strength training, but aren’t sure where to start.
Often there are a few extra things in the mix. Joint pain, pelvic floor concerns, or worries about bone health.
So it’s not just about exercising more. It’s about knowing what’s safe, what’s right for your body, and how to stay consistent.
How it Works
The goal is to move exercise from something you constantly struggle to start into something that is simply part of your routine. Something you just... do.

A big part of my mission is helping you not just rely on sessions with me, but feel comfortabl doing 1-2 sessions on your own each week.
