Hi, I’m Sasha - a personal trainer specializing in women’s health, strength, and bone density.
I created Bones and Balance to help women in midlife train smarter - not harder - using evidence-based exercise that builds bone strength, balance, and confidence from home or in the gym.
I work with women both in person in Wimbledon and Morden and online, so you can train wherever you feel most comfortable - in your home, in the gym or in an outdoor space.
I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer, community presenter for the Royal Osteoporosis Society
